CITIZEN’S ACADEMY
The Sheriff’s Office will be hosting a Citizen’s Academy from October 15, 2024 until November 6, 2024. Sessions will be held 2 evenings per week, for a 4-week period. They will begin at 6 pm and last for 2-3 hours.
The students will be provided with a behind the scenes look at the Sheriff’s Office and how it differs from other law enforcement agencies. The training will include classroom time, hands on demonstrations, and tours of the facility.
Open to residents of Mercer County, who are at least 21 years old. A background check is required. Class size is limited. You may pick up an application packet at our office, 4835 State Route 29, Celina, Ohio or click the PDFs below.
